Administrative Regulations

KSBA’s Administrative Regulation Review Service has been combined with the new eSchoolGov Service.  As a subscriber to eSchoolGov, you may obtain monthly updates on all new regulations and proposed amendments to existing regulations.  Subscribers can access a compilation of all regulatory changes as they move through the process – from proposals presented to the Local Superintendents Advisory Council (LSAC), LSAC communications with the Kentucky Board of Education (KBE), KBE agendas, supporting KDE staff notes, and KSBA staff reports on KBE actions, and Adminstrative Regulation Review Subcommittee agendas.  Updates reflect changes in state regulation as a result of both state and federal actions.  Click here to subscribe to eSchoolGov or to request additional information.
