Communications products of 39 districts honored in 10th OASIS Professional Development program On Thursday, Nov. 2, the following individuals and units of Kentucky public school systems were recognized at the 10th annual OASIS (Outstanding Achievement in School Information Services) Awards Banquet in Bowling Green. The OASIS Professional Development Program is a joint effort of KSBA and the Kentucky School Public Relations Association.
