Reservations open for lodging for KSBA Annual Conference in February

Hotel reservations may now be made for all who plan to attend the 71st KSBA Annual Conference in Louisville, Feb. 23-25.

A reservation form has been faxed to all Kentucky superintendents for locking in accommodations at the Galt House Hotel and Suites. The form is required by the hotel for making those reservations. The hotel requests a purchase order or P. O. number if direct billing is requested. It is recommended that, whenever possible, board member reservations be coordinated through the superintendent.

For the 2007 conference, the districts assigned to the Galt House East, with a limit of six rooms per district, are those districts alphabetically from Jenkins Independent through Woodford County. Participants from Adair County through Jefferson County will have lodging available in the Galt House West.

The deadline for reservations with the KSBA conference rate of $98 per night in the East Tower and $89 per night in the West Tower is Feb. 9.

Conference registration information will be sent to all superintendents and board members in January. Online registration for the conference itself (but not for housing) will be available on the KSBA Web site (www.ksba.org) at that same time.
