KSBA seeks board election filing information

KSBA tracks school board election and filing information for a variety of reasons. After the elections, we work to gather the names and mailing addresses of board members-to-be in order to get information to them about the new board member training opportunities.

But we also collect data about election filings, for several reasons. It's useful to know the trends of how many incumbents seek re-election, how many don't, how many are opposed and how many are assured of another term because they won't face another candidate on Election Day.

Superintendents, we would appreciate your help again this year in completing the following form about your board candidate filings. The form as a Word document is online here. Please print it out and upon completion, mail or fax the form to:
