Sandra Day O'Conner to address 2007 NSBA annual conference

The first woman appointed to the United States Supreme Court, Sandra Day O'Connor, will share her unique perspective and knowledge at the National School Boards Association's 67th Annual Conference in San Francisco. The conference runs April 14-17, 2007.  Justice O'Connor will be Saturday's General Session speaker. Appointed in 1981 by President Reagan as the 102nd Justice of the Supreme Court, she served on the Court for 24 years.

Registration for the 2007 NSBA Annual Conference opens Sept. 12, with early registration discounts through Dec. 27. The conference Housing Bureau will begin its operations on Oct. 20.
