Who should use KSBA's eSchoolGov service?

Board of education members, superintendents, central office administrators, finance officers, principals, school council members, school board attorneys, educational cooperative staff, and any others following education policy, law, and regulations.

How can I access eSchoolGov information?

Each subscribing district or organization will appoint an eSchoolGov administrator and that administrator will receive a log-on identification name and password for the district or organization. The administrator then can provide access information to as many people as he or she chooses.

What does the eSchoolGov cost?

Because eSchoolGov is launching two months into FY 2007, we will pro-rate this year’s subscription rate to $500. An annual subscription will be $600 for FY 08. Former subscriptions to the KSBA regulatory monitoring and Attorney General Opinions services will be combined with this new service, and will no longer be available on an individual basis.

How can I subscribe?

Print and complete this subscription form and send it to David Baird via fax at 502-695-5451. As soon as you designate a district administrator, you will receive instructions on how to create a log on “id” and password.
