Marketing Manager
Position is responsible for supporting the Director of Risk Management in all aspects of managing and ensuring the success of the program’s marketing division. Responsibilities include the development of marketing literature and sales material, training, new business targeting, production of renewal strategies, and management of regional and local agent appointments and internal marketing efforts. Position requires a minimum of a BA in Marketing, Management, Insurance or Risk Management; a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in insurance or risk management; a minimum of 5 years of successful sales and marketing experience; a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision or management of a large sales force; and knowledge of self-insured pools and school district operations (preferred). Moderate travel.
Full-time Frankfort-based position/Full benefit package.
