KSBA's Attorney
General Opinion Service
has been combined with the new eSchoolGov service. As a
subscriber to eSchoolGov, you can obtain KSBA attorneys’ succinct
reviews of recent and relevant Attorney General opinions, which have
direct or potential impact on school districts. KSBA attorneys summarize
the important points of relevant opinions and post these summaries on
the eSchoolGov site. The service is a timesaver; you don't need to comb
through hundreds of opinions to find answers to important legal
questions such as open meetings and open records issues.
