The planning team for KSBA’s Summer Leadership Institute, which is slated for July 12-13 at Lexington’s Marriott Griffin Gate conference center, is seeking a few good presenters who are willing to work on Saturday.
Kerri Schelling, director of the association’s Board Team Development Service, says “a limited number of workshop openings” are in search of interesting, topical presentations for the Saturday morning or afternoon clinics. Sessions run 75 minutes and should target one or more of the following groups of education leaders:
· New school board members
· Experienced board members
· Superintendents
· High school personnel
· Middle school personnel
· Elementary school personnel
· Preschool personnel
· Other (specify target audience)
Individuals or teams interested in proposing a clinic should complete the attached form and return it to Schelling by April 30. The forms may be sent via fax to 502-783-1456 or by mail to KSBA, 260 Democrat Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601.
