Do your supervisors know how to avoid legal pitfalls while conducting investigations and documenting staff misbehavior and discipline? Do they know how to effectively evaluate and improve personnel performance? 

It is critical that supervisors assist staff in improvement and address misconduct when necessary.  Provide your  supervisors with the tools to manage staff with confidence.  Take this opportunity to send your supervisors to an in-state training conducted by attorneys and policy consultants familiar with federal and Kentucky law relating to school district personnel. 

This training is offered only every two years.  Presenters are KSBA attorneys Teresa T. Combs and John Fogle, and Director of Policy and Procedure Services Dara Bass.  Registration is $200 per person.
