Gov. Matt Bevin has unveiled “Keeping the Promise,” a comprehensive plan to save Kentucky’s ailing public pension systems.

Senate President Robert Stivers and House Speaker Jeff Hoover joined Gov. Bevin at the news conference to unveil the plan.
