If you didn’t have a chance to chat with KSBA Executive Director Mike Armstrong during the recent annual conference, you can still get a few of his insights on his first year leading association.
Armstrong is the guest on the March Web video, KSBA FYI, posted on the association’s website home page. He talks about his recovery from an early 2015 auto accident and what has excited and surprised him during his first year. He also talks about some of the new uses of technology the association has created to deliver services to its members.
