Vine Grove student arrested after swearing at teacher
By Sarah Bennett

A Vine Grove teen was arrested Tuesday at Brown Street Alternative Center on misdemeanor charges after police say he swore and screamed at a teacher and school employees.

Jabriel J. Lee, 18, is charged with abuse of a teacher and second-degree disorderly conduct.

According to a citation, Lee was doing computer work in a teacher's classroom when he told the man to “get out of my damn face.”

When Lee was taken to the school office, police said he continued to scream and swear in front of school employees and students until he was detained.

Lee was lodged Tuesday afternoon at Hardin County Detention Center but released several hours later on a $500 unsecured bond.
