Do you know how to address disability-related personnel issues and public-access issues such as use of service animals?
This unique three-day event provides a rare opportunity for detailed instruction about Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
Learn information that all Section 504 and ADA coordinators, new and experienced, need to know. Hear about current court cases and hot-topic issues being pursued in court by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Office of Civil Rights, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
We will cover school district responsibilities for accommodating students, staff, and the public under Section 504 and the ADA.
Updated Section 504 model procedures and forms for student services also will be presented.
