NSBA’s Technology Leadership Network invites nominations for its 2014-2015 “20 to Watch” recognition program.

Created in 2006, this program looks for the next generation of leaders who reflect a spirit of creativity and collaboration while embracing the power of technology to enhance learning for students, inspire colleagues, transform operations, and engage communities. Past honorees reflect the diversity of roles involved in public education, from pre-K teachers and superintendents to CTOs and media specialists, plus teacher education faculty and nonprofit leaders.

These emerging leaders are recognized for their ability to inspire colleagues to incorporate innovative technology solutions that contribute to high-quality learning environments and more efficient school district operations.

“The ’20 to Watch’ honorees offer real-world examples of how new technologies are being used to impact learning and how these new tools may influence or inform policy,” said Thomas J. Gentzel, NSBA’s executive director. To hear from past honorees or to submit an online nomination, visit NSBA's "20 to Watch" Web page.

Deadline for nominations is Nov. 7.

The 2015 honorees will be recognized in Atlanta at the Consortium for School Networking Conference in March with the support of TechSmith Corporation.

Additionally, these 20 outstanding leaders will be showcased in future NSBA publications and projects.
