KSBA has received requests for permission to use training materials developed and presented by Teresa Combs, director Legal and Administrative Training, at the recent KSBA conference on the state’s new student seclusion and restraint regulation.

When placing the order, please indicate when the materials are needed, as the Kentucky Department of Education has said districts must train their personnel on the new regulation before school begins.
