The Kentucky Association for Assessment Coordinators (KAAC) is now accepting nominations for the 2013 District (DAC) and Building Assessment Coordinators (BAC) of the year awards.
To be eligible, the nominee needs to:
* currently serve in the role of DAC or BAC
* have professional knowledge of assessment in Kentucky
* demonstrate leadership in the field and
* have evidence of a commitment to student learning.
To nominate a DAC or BAC, please go to http://kaac.org to complete the nomination. The online nomination form will ask you to explain why the nominee deserves this award. It will also ask for 2 other people, (including principal and/or superintendent), who support the nomination.
Nominations must be completed by midnight Friday, May 31.
The winners will be recognized at the annual Scott Trimble Conference to be held Oct. 21-22 in Louisville.
