Board members and superintendents who attend this year’s KSBA Fall Regional Meetings will learn the latest on development of board member training to comply with the Kentucky Board of Education’s new requirements in the areas of school finance, superintendent evaluations and board member ethics.
Invitations will be coming soon from the regional chairpersons. Here is this year’s final schedule. Please note that some meeting sites are outside of the host school district:

Six seats on the KSBA Board of Directors are up for election in the following regions:
· Central Kentucky
· Eastern Kentucky North
· Fifth
· First
· Third
· Upper Kentucky River
Local board members – other than those on the sitting regional chairperson’s board – may place their names in nomination by contacting the regional chairperson. A nominating committee will consider all those who apply for the office and make a recommendation for the election at the six regional meetings.
Nomination information has been mailed to all board members in each region with an election.
