KSBA eMeeting Service can help SBDM councils save time, money

This Web-based service, originally designed to streamline board of education meetings, allows for greater efficiency and reduced costs for council meetings. Users can eliminate unnecessary paperwork while enabling participants to utilize the latest in cutting-edge technology.
Using eMeeting, the meeting manager can create an electronic meeting—from developing the agenda to creating the minutes and everything in between. When the meeting is ready, just e-mail council members and designated administrators to let them know they can log in. Users can log in from the comfort of their homes or work place. With a mouse click, the agenda and related documents are open and ready for viewing.
