The video emphasizes the role of the business community in supporting the new standards and why these are so important in ensuring that Kentucky’s students are college- and career-ready. It may be used with community leaders and others as we prepare for the new test scores to come out this fall.
KSBA has received several requests for copies of the 2012 annual conference panel discussion featuring human resources professionals from major Kentucky businesses, who talked about college and career readiness issues and needs of the state’s largest employers.
The video is on KSBA’s YouTube page here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWKJgCJqQW0.
