Congratulations to Kentucky School Public Relations Association for pair of national recognitions for services

KSBA congratulates the Kentucky School Public Relations Association (KYSPRA) on being chosen for the 2015 Mark of Distinction Award by the National School Public Relations Association. The Kentucky organization also was named a national Exemplary Chapter for the year.

NSPRA’s Mark of Distinction Award is based on a chapter’s professional development and public relations skills building and value-added services to members.

“The judges were impressed with the comprehensive year-long program and KYSPRA’s continued efforts to provide quality professional development and support for members that is timely and relevant, and that addresses a variety of communication topics,” said NSPRA Executive Director Rich Bagin, APR.

Along with the recognition, KYSPRA will receive special benefits from the national organization in the coming year. The award will be presented July 12 at NSPRA’s conference in Nashville, Tenn.

KYSPRA and KSBA partner on services such as the OASIS Professional Development Program. Entries in that program may be made through July 3 here.
