Superintendent Searches
Mainstays:
Some tasks
allow one shot to get it right. Finding the right person to hire
as school superintendent is one of them. Some school boards and
screening committees need extensive help in gaining the best
crop of quality candidates to fill the district's top

the word out about their district and their vacancies.
This comprehensive KSBA service
assists boards with every phase of a search from initial
planning and the establishment of a screening committee to the
ultimate drafting of a contract. The service begins with
criteria establishment and includes any or all of the following:
candidate recruitment, work with the screening committee
according to board instructions, assistance with interviews and
development of the employment contract.
