Annual Conference Exhibitors - Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pick a vendor booth?
By clicking the “Register Now” button below, you will first be redirected to the Annual Conference trade show floor plan. Booths in green are still available while those in red are already reserved. To reserve a booth, select a booth in green. You will then be redirected to complete the registration process.
Can I make changes to my registration after I am finished?
Yes. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to edit your registration by using the same email you used when registering. So to recap, as you are registering your booth, you must complete all required fields, but you can go back later to edit your registration (such as additional booth staff names). You must fill in all required fields and complete the registration process in order to successfully reserve your booth. Additionally, all registration edits will need to be completed by April 30.
Where is the Trade Show in relation to other activities during the Annual Conference?
With this being the first year at the Kentucky International Convention Center, we wanted to share with you some more information about the Trade Show location. The Trade Show will be held in Hall A on the Upper Concourse, next to the General Sessions, which will be held in Hall B. For more details, you can watch a video at this link

Can I order food?
Vendors at this year’s Trade Show will have the option to purchase boxed lunches for Friday, May 14, which can be picked up at approximately noon on that day. You can select this during the registration process or you can add later by emailing me prior to April 30. The cost is $40 per boxed lunch and will be included on your final invoice if you choose to purchase.
What about electricity or booth customization?
Vendors who require booth electricity will need to make arrangements through the Kentucky International Convention Center. More details for arranging booth electricity will be emailed to you in early April. Also, Excel Decorators is once again handling the setup of KSBA’s Trade Show. In early April, you will receive information via email about options to customize your booth space if you wish to do so (such as signage, furnishings, flooring, etc.).
Are there still sponsorships available?
What kind of COVID restrictions will there be in the Trade Show?
KSBA will make every effort to ensure a safe conference for all attendees and exhibitors. Therefore, while exhibitors will be able to register up to five representatives per booth, exhibitors will be limited to no more than three representatives present at your booth at any time. (Exhibitors who have a double booth will be able to register five representatives for each booth and have three representatives present at any time per booth.) Additionally, KSBA will ask all attendees and exhibitors to wear masks during Trade Show times. We also strongly encourage Trade Show exhibitors to have hand sanitizer available at their exhibitor booth. All conference participants are subject to restrictions enforced by the Kentucky International Convention Center. (Note: As we get closer to the May 14-16 Annual Conference, the Kentucky International Convention Center could impose further safety measures or alter those included in this email.)
