Please share why you decided to run for your local school board.
I decided to run for school board because I didn’t want to be someone who complains about the issues – I wanted to help solve them to the best of my ability.
What is your favorite thing about serving on your local board?
What I find most interesting is working on solutions to the issues that will shape the future of the children in my hometown.
What activities do you enjoy doing outside your board work?
I’m a reader, runner and adventure racer. I like to joke that I’m the most interesting “boring” person people know.
Name someone in your life you admire, or who inspired or helped you along the way.
My wife has inspired me more than anyone else. She’s an exceptional person, and she motivates me to keep striving to be better.
Name a book/magazine/website/publication/etc. that you would recommend to other school board members.
