KSBA will host its 2026 Winter Symposium Dec. 4-5 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, with a conference Trade Show to be held Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday Dec. 5. Winter Symposium exhibitor booths are $650 each.

Vendors will set up booths on the afternoon of Thursday, Dec. 3. (Details will be sent to exhibitors.) The trade show will be open from approximately 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (ET) on Friday, Dec. 4 and from approximately 7:30 - 10 a.m. (ET) Saturday, Dec. 5. (The trade show schedule is tentative.)
Sponsorships at KSBA's Winter Symposium is a great way to help your brand reach school board members and other education leaders from across the state. All sponsorships include logo placement on our conference website and in the conference program provided to every attendee. Sponsorships also include access to priority registration, which is the best way to guarantee your spot in the 2026 Winter Symposium Trade Show. Priority registration for sponsors will take place Oct. 8 and Oct. 13, prior to general exhibitor registration opening.
