Whether you intend to become a superintendent, start a nonprofit, lead a state department of education, or assume a leadership role in school districts, charter school systems, policy organizations, or nonprofit and mission-driven for-profit enterprises, the three-year Ed.L.D. program will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to transform American preK-12 education.
Students begin with rigorous academic study – which integrates the fields of education, business, and public policy in visionary ways – at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and complete the program with a paid residency at a partner organization during the third year.
All Ed.L.D. students receive a full tuition funding package for the duration of the program, as well as stipend support.
