Registration for KSBA Fall Regional Meetings typically begins within 30 days prior to the meeting date. Therefore, board members and superintendents planning to attend the Sept. 1 Second Region meeting, the Sept. 8 Eastern Kentucky North Region session, the Sept. 10 Upper Kentucky River Region event and the Sept. 17 Fifth Region program should have received their invitations.
As in the past, registration is made with the host district of the chairperson for each region. You may find your region and chairperson on the KSBA website here.
If you are in one of these early meeting regions and have not received your registration notification, please contact the superintendent (regional secretary) of the host district.
The program this year will include instant polling of participants on several topics, including the 2016 General Assembly and the association’s legislative priorities and President Allen Kennedy’s action plan for the board of directors. There also will be a presentation on a new KSBA service on school board self-evaluations.
