This November, Kentucky voters will decide if the state's constitution should be changed to give legislators new authority to use public tax dollars to fund unaccountable private schools and other nonpublic education providers. Many Kentuckians do not understand Amendment 2 (also known as the Voucher Amendment) or how its passage would negatively impact their local public schools.
