Please share why you decided to run for your local school board.
I wanted to be a voice for the schools and citizens in the southern part of Madison County.
What is your favorite thing about serving on your local board?
Going out to the schools and interacting with the kids is where you realize the work and effort you put into being a school board member, so this is definitely the best part.
What activities do you enjoy doing outside your board work?
My wife and I enjoy spending time traveling with our RV.
Name someone in your life you admire, or who inspired or helped you along the way.
There are too many to just pick one, so I would have to say it was all the senior firefighters that helped and guided me in the beginning of my career and helped me become the person I am today.
