KSBA offers board members training on new laws and regulations affecting education in Kentucky. KSBA's Legal Training Services aims:
- To assist members in meeting annual training requirements and
- To provide members with information and tools to be efficient, effective and compliant with state and federal law.
Trainings are offered at KSBA conferences and, upon request, can be conducted in person or through an interactive distance learning setting. Trainings will always be provided by an attorney with a strong background in education law and a complete understanding of how Kentucky's educational system is structured and how public schools operate.
