KSBA Annual Conference

KSBA's 2025 Annual Conference will be held Feb. 21-23 at the Galt House in Louisville. Check back this fall for more information.

KSBA's Annual Conference attracts more than 1,000 participants - school board members, superintendents, administrators, presenters and exhibitors - for a weekend of learning and networking. The event represents one of the largest annual education gatherings in Kentucky, and is the state's largest gathering of elected officials, providing school board members ample opportunity to earn state-mandated training.

KSBA Awards presentations, scholarships and grants recognition

During Annual Conference, KSBA will present the Board Member of the Year Award and the PEAK Award. The KOSAA KUP award will be presented during the Annual KOSAA Meeting held in conjunction with Annual Conference. Also during Annual Conference, KSBA will recognize the recipients of the First Degree Scholarship and CTE Student Grants. You can find more information on the scholarships and grants, including criteria, timeline and instructions, on the KSBA Educational Foundation website.

Conference Exhibitors

KSBA's Annual Conference will include a trade show. A trade show booth for Annual Conference will be $1,100.

Sponsorship opportunities for Annual Conference will be made available beginning at 10 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Sponsorship opportunities will be emailed to KSBA's prospective email list at that time and the opportunities will be added to this webpage.

All sponsorships include priority registration for exhibitor booths. Priority registration dates will be finalized later this fall and will be communicated to sponsors upon reserving a sponsorship.

General exhibitor registration for the Annual Conference trade show will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8. A registration link will be emailed at that time and will also be added to this webpage when the email goes out.
