Deconstructing HB 678: What school boards should know

House Bill 678, passed during the 2022 legislative session, provides an opportunity for school districts to accelerate construction projects and address extracurricular facilities with a funding source typically reserved for school buildings. Join KSBA and the Kentucky Department of Education for a review of the changes made by the bill and discussion of potential impact for districts.
