Clinic sessions, trade show, speakers: many elements of KSBA’s 80th annual conference, Feb. 26-28 at Louisville’s Galt House, were familiar to returning school board members, superintendents and others. Some of those activities are featured in this photo gallery, but the first photo represents one major difference in this year’s event: the addition of the KSBA Events App. By downloading the app, attendees were able to instantly access the program, extra information posted by presenters, Academy of Studies listings, and much more. KSBA Board Team Development Director Kerri Schelling said the app was a big hit, especially since the roving tech team of Jefferson County high school students were on hand to help attendees with questions about it.
