The Caldwell County Board of Education is seeking an outstanding innovative educational leader for its next Superintendent. This individual should continue the current momentum of this district through leadership that oversees continuous improvement of student achievement and fiscal management. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Caldwell County is located in the beautiful Kentucky Lake Area in far Western Kentucky, with Princeton the county seat.
With around 2,000 students, the Caldwell County Public School District includes four schools: one primary school, one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school.

Additionally, the successful candidate should possess administrative experience that includes demonstrated leadership involving all segments of the community and must be eligible or hold a Kentucky superintendent’s certification to apply. Beginning date is July 1, 2018. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
