First Kentucky school systems go completely online for leadership meetings

Congratulations to Southgate Independent and Trigg County Schools on becoming the first districts in Kentucky to have their board of education and all school council meetings completely online through the KSBA eMeeting Service.

The Southgate and Trigg County boards of education have been utilizing eMeeting for some time, and now the site-based decision making councils in both districts also have joined the virtually paperless revolution.

eMeeting is a service developed by KSBA that offers user-friendly, online access to meeting information with the potential to increase efficiency and reduce costs and personnel time by eliminating unnecessary paper packets. Board and council members can securely log in 24/7 from any location with Internet access to view and search the agenda and documents.
