Washington Elementary School Third Grader Ava Friday was selected as one of 10 Runners- Up in the Art and Writing Invention Contest, sponsored by Scholastic Books.
Ava’s invention was the “Get Ready Dresser.” She explains her invention this way: “You put in your feeling and it gives you your outfit and food. And if you don’t like what you got, you can put in your feeling again.”
