eSchoolView shows impressive growth and outperforms competitors in nationally ranked award

eSchoolView, an education website and software company ranks in the top third of Inc. Magazines 33rd annual 500|5000, a prestigious list of the nations fastest growing companies.

Based in Columbus, Ohio with offices in North Carolina and Arizona, eSchoolViews revenue has increased by more than 300 percent in the past three years. The company No. 1409 creates content management system (CMS) websites for K-12 schools and integrates additional education management software into the CMS.

We have created a sustainable product that has continued to grow because we are committed to our clients - soliciting their input to upgrade our software and develop new products.

eSchoolView hosts websites for more than 1,500 schools and school districts across the country. DeKalb County Schools in Georgia and Columbus Public Schools in Ohio are two of the companys larger clients. A network of smaller districts such as those in New York under the Broome-Tioga Board of Educational Cooperative Services (BOCES) are also part of eSchoolViews portfolio of customers.

Our client retention rate is 99 percent and we are absolutely committed towards being second-to-none in caring about our customers.

Five new software bundles were launched in conjunction with the start of the 2014-15 school year to meet demand and better accommodate clients needs. Software and services that best compliment one another were packaged together within the eSchoolView content management system although each product can stand alone. The most popular bundle includes six software products eSchoolViews award-winning content management system, Mobile Suite, Learn (an online learning management system), School Store (eCommerce), Event Registration and Facilities Management — all tools to help K-12 school systems maximize results and generate revenue. eSchoolView also offers Online Forms, Instant Connect (emergency alert system), and an innovative Parent Portal as options. Wide reaching and productive upgrades and improvements, like new teacher website pages, HTML 5 streaming video, Quick-Edit inline editing tool and much more are included in its product suite and made available every 60-90 days throughout the school year.

eSchoolViews extensive CMS components provide schools with the ability to easily maintain a custom website that fits their needs. Users can publish blogs, podcasts, surveys, streaming video, photo galleries and foster an engaged school community through websites responsive to all mobile platforms.

OLeary and business partner, Grant Wright incorporated eSchoolView in 2009 after acquiring many years of experience building school software. The company has grown from a staff of two to fifteen full-time and eight part-time employees - outperforming competitors in its sixth year.

eSchoolView will be recognized during the annual Inc. 5000 event next month in Phoenix, AZ. Speakers include some of the greatest entrepreneurs of this and past generations, such as Michael Dell, Martha Stewart, host of the CNBC show The ProfitMarcus Lemonis, and Container Store Founder and CEO Kip Tindell.

The 2014 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2010 to 2013. To qualify, companies must have been founded and begun generating revenue by March 31, 2010; the minimum revenue required for 2010 is $100,000 and $2 million for 2013.
