Legal Training Services

KSBA is pleased to announce the recent expansion of its Legal Training Services. This growth serves two primary goals:  to assist members in meeting annual training requirements and to provide members with information and tools to be efficient, effective, and compliant with state and and federal law.  To accomplish these and other goals, this unit offers trainings and reference materials that cover a variety of school law and related issues.

Trainings are offered at KSBA conferences and, upon request, can be conducted in-person or through an interactive distance learning setting.  Regardless of the chosen venue, trainings will always be provided by an attorney with a strong background in education law and a complete understanding of how Kentucky's educational system is structured and how public school operate.
